3. Refund Eligibility
- One-Time Help: Refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before service delivery.
- Subscription Plans: Pro-rata refunds available for unused period if cancelled mid‑term.
- Non-Refundable: Services already delivered (guidance provided) are not eligible for refund.
4. How to Request

5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Stripe or Wise fees may not be refundable by these processors.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to future purchases; existing subscriptions remain under the policy in effect at purchase.
